Hello all.

Here's the hardware/software in question:

mid 2012 13" mbp - os x yosemite 10.10
iphone 5s - iOS 8.1

The phone calls and sms messages ARE showing on my MBP

But I cannot get handoff to work.

Wifi: turned off and then on with both devices. Both are on the same network
Bluetooth: turned off and on with both devices.
iCloud: signed out and then back in on both devices
Settings: handoff turned off and on again on both devices

Someone help plz :)

What app are you trying handoff with?
Do you happen to have another iOS device to try iOS to iOS?

unfortunately my iPad is jailbroken with iOS 7 and I don't want to lose my jailbreak at the moment by upgrading to iOS 8 to try it out. Handoff doesn't work with ANY app. I've tried all the ones that apple is saying it should work with but have zero success. Mail, Maps, Safari all do not work. This is a tad frustrating. Jailbreaking and building a hackintosh aren't nearly this hard hahaha

Just an FYI private Safari pages do not handoff.

So I connected to a different wifi network and handoff started working. I am a happy boy
