Macbook USB to SATA 250GB adapter??????

Hello people!

The Macbook from 2008 has a SATA 250GB Hard disk i would like to connect trough USB to my iMac. Like an external drive, What kind of adapter/ bracket do i need? I suppose that it needs specifiek ports.

Could you plz help me?
