Hi,

Today I found a very annoying bug from my brand new iPhone 6. Or at least I hope it's a bug, not a hardware issue...

I shot a (landscape) video and played it in portrait mode, in Photos app. And when I played it, it dimmed a backlight little bit, then it dimmed it back to brighter and I was able to repeat this few times with various videos.

Bug seems to happen only in Photos app and when you play a video with about 100% black that turns to brighter later in video. For e.g. if you record a video of your computer screen that's turned off and then turn it on.

I also recorded a video of this (sorry about low quality): https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#A2G6XBubb48Hy

Have you had same problems or does it happen also in your phone?

Ps. Auto brightness control of the screen doesn't effect on this.

After some research looks like it's some kind of "dynamic contrast", feature in Photos app.
