From a Korean article,

All 16gb models carry MLC

iPhone 6/6+ 64, 128GB -> TLC

Currently,

All models have TLC-flash drives from Toshiba and SanDisk and MLC from SK Hynix.

- SK Hynix (Korean)
- Toshiba (Japanese)
- SanDisk (USA)



For those with SanDisk and Toshiba, I wish you the best..

is there any performance difference between 16GB and 128GB? I am about to buy a 128GB version..
