Buying a full priced 6 Verizon version

I'm going to buy an extra iPhone 6 from the Apple Store. Since I already have an account with Veizon and I just want an extra phone, I can simply put my sim in from the working 6 that I'm currently using and the new phone will work, correct? Is there anything else I should know?

I bought the gold and want the silver too. I'm going to keep the gold so I can alternate between the two. I don't use cases so the color makes a difference to me.
 
Hey, if you've got the cash and want both, then by all means buy what you want.

Any Verizon LTE phone will work just by putting your SIM in. You MAY have to call Verizon and get the right IMEI number put on your account, I'm not sure.
