I am thinking of ordering a 6+ this week. Are there any serious fault or quality control issues I should be aware of before placing my order? I know about the so-called bending issue of course, but what else? Does it work as well as a 5S is it better is it worse? How is the call quality over Verizon? And similar questions...

Thanks.

Volte on VZ is very impressive. Surprisingly good in fact.

Its a worthwhile upgrade over the 5s and the battery performance alone makes it a better choice than the 6.

No hardware issues to speak of so far.

Only real drawback is the size and price. Price is obvious. If you like to grip your phone you might find that the 6+ takes some getting used to. If you cradle your phone, which is how I've always done it, you'll probably find it easier to adjust though I do get a bit more jhand fatigue with the 6+. Due to the longer reach and possibly that I'm simply using it more than my old phone.

I replaced the 5s with the 6+ and haven't looked back. To me it's a solid upgrade. Not only the screen size but the performance is great. Don't buy into the negativity you read. People look hard to find flaws in everything. I love this phone.

Couldn't agree more. Upgraded from 5s and I love my 6 plus. No problems at all. Awesome phone.

I upgraded from the 5S to the 6+, and I've had it since launch day. I'm loving the 6+ every day. It's a wonderful, beautiful device. The big screen is terrific, and I don't believe that I'll ever return to a smaller device. I see no serious (or minor) issues with my 6+.

i ordered a 6+ originally, because of the bigger battery and better camera.

however it started to bend on second day so i swapped it for 6

My only quality complaint with the 6+ is the current state of iOS 8.1. It is still quite buggy. They are little bugs but many of them. This appears to only be true on the 6+. I did not see it with iOS 8.1 on my 5S nor does my wife's 6 experience neary as many.

Fortunately, this is a problem Apple can address. It's somewhat of a shame they didn't before release.

No issues here loving my plus. Leaps better than the 5s imo

Seeing one of the 6 Pluses in person would be the best way to convince or dissuade.
