iTunes error (-54)

Hi guys,

When I try to sync my iPhone 5 64GB on iOS 8.1 on my Windows 8 laptop I get this error

"iPhone can't be synced Unknown Error (-54)"

I have removed iTunes from windows and clean the system and reboot the PC and also restored the iPhone a few times to factory settings.

Any input on this will be appreciated.
