help join movie files

I have brought mac dvd ripper pro and I have ripper a ton of dvds to my Iphone . But now I try to rip the "Prison Break " series and it works but I have come to an issue . My issue is the episodes are broken into pieces, like "break 1.1 ... " but i would like to join the files like the four i have into prison break disc 1 and so forth
...



I would like to join some of the episodes into one huge file ...
