I've Googled this to death, & I can't find a definitive answer.

I've got a 32gb iPhone 5, 3 gorgeous daughters, & subsequently over 3000 pics on my phone. I do transfer them onto the laptop but not often enough, and therefore my phone is constantly almost at it's storage limit.

I recently purchased the 200gb iCloud storage plan, in the hope that I can store *all* my pics on there, and confidently delete them all from my phone. Is this possible? If so, how do I ensure that they are definitely backed up in the cloud & how do I access them? Thanks!

I know it can be done through iTunes. You can backup all your photos to iPhoto and it will prompt you to delete them from your iPhone if you wish.

You can backup to iCloud too, but you have to deselect something so it doesn't restore itself and place the photos back into your phone. There was a recent discussion about this. I would go back 3-5 pages to search for it.
