Hi to everyone,

I'm from Switzerland... and i use to order one iphone 3 weeks ago, they just cancelled my order without no reason..

i though that there wasn't in stock or something like this, today i ordered 2 iphones with cases, they cancelled again with no reason!!!

where is the problem? any idea?

Can someone explain me APPLE order rules???

Thanks!

Are you ordering from America? If so that's why it's cancelled. Why not call them to get the real reason?

What do you mean are you ordering from America? i order direct from apple.ch online store...

p.s : after you make any order in apple does they call to confirm or anything? coz i wasn't able to check my phone today with myself, and i saw some "unknown calls" in my phone..

thanks

Apple are the only ones who know why they cancelled it. It will be because of one of three things:

1. Your payment was declined
2. Your payment was believed to be fraudulent (different billing/shipping address?)
3. Apple believes you are reselling.

It's my first time that i used to order in apple official online store,

that's why i asked , and i wanted to know about ordering procedures in apple, i see some peoples are getting mad with my question lol.

This usually happens if you were clearly doing so to resell the devices. Only buy devices that YOU need, not to resell. It's just rude to other customers.

People are not really mad, just confused.

Apple sells millions of phones. To sell them, they have to ACCEPT orders.

You are doing something different, wrong, in error to cause your orders to cancel.

How would anyone here know what you are doing?

I called Apple to ask them to see if I can help, but they asked me for details which I was unable to supply.

I did say your were from Switzerland. That didn't help.
