How should our company manage employee iPhones?

Our company is really small but we provide our employees with a company phone. Is there an easy solution for managing an iPhone we give an employee? I'm not overly concerned with what they do on the phone, but I am concerned about maintaining access to the phone so if they leave or we have to fire them, we can restore it and reuse it for another employee. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hold their last check, as long as they make more than it's worth your all set.

Most big companies use it. Not as many available as detailed, flexible and designed for a good sized roll out.

Just curious, have you reached out to apple. The stores are trying to establish business customers and seem to be wanting to offer some solutions.

We will be contacting apple today. We don't need something suitable for a large enterprise. We have 4-5 phones that will need management and that is all.

I do like the idea of holding the check. :)
