Power Management Menu preselection

Hey,

is it possible to change the preslection of the Power Management Menu (Ctrl+Eject)?
By default it is "shutdown", but I want "hibernate"

As an alternative solution it would be ok for me if the hibernate shortcut "alt" + "cmd" + "Eject" would pop up an dialog before hibernating.
Is this somehow possible?
