Hi everyone,
I own a 2009 MacBook running OS 10.9.5. I also recently bought a Verizon Ellipsis Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile WiFi Hotspot - MHS700L. When I try to connect to wifi on my MacBook using the Jetpack, a box pops up telling me that WPA2 requires me to enter a password. I can enter a password. However, the "radio button" to "join" the network is greyed out.
Making the situation weirder, iPhones seem able to connect. I put a new SIM card in the Jetpack without any improvement. Verizon tech support seems unable to figure out the problem. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks!
