Resolved Second hand iPhone and Find My iPhone

I bought a second hand iPhone, but don't know if the previous owner disabled Find My iPhone. I have done a full restore using iTunes and added my iCloud account with Find My iPhone. Can the previous owner still track me and/or lock the device?
