macOS Framework to get WiFi frequency

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a framework that would let me build a program that gets the frequency of the WiFi radiation from my router. My hope is to build a program that uses an algorithm to detect moving objects in a reasonable range. I don't necessarily care for objects behind walls.
