The first week or so that I used the Workout app on outdoor walks, it would display the stat I selected (like distance or elapsed time) plus the time of day as a "complication". Then, all of a sudden, it started displaying pace as the complication in all the screens. Now, suddenly, it displays elapsed time on all the screens. Is there a way to select the complication in this function or is it seemingly random?

The top "complication" can be changed by tapping it, I believe it'll display the time, pace, and elapsed time. The bottom "complication can be changed by swiping left or right, it displays elapsed time, pace, heart rate, calories, and maybe something else I don't quite remember. As far as I know the middle one cant be changed, but I could be wrong.

The middle one can be disabled and it varies based on if the workout goal (something is shown, even if it is an open workout).

Apple Watch iPhone App>Workout>Show goal Metric
