I often have relatives and friends asking me for help on their PCs/laptops but I can't provide in-person help since we live in different cities.
Is there a free program compatible to both OSX and Windows 8 that will let me see their screen live? So I can properly see what they're doing and not basing everything on their weird descriptions...
What's the best one you can suggest?
