Help! iTunes 7.6 won't launch

Hi all,

I had problems with 7.5, so I deleted 7.5 and reinstall 7.6.

Now whenever I click on iTunes.app, it would appear for a short while in the dock, and I can see my iTunes, then it immediately closes.
I have tried reinstall many times, and each time I ensure that the old version was completely deleted.

I got a long crash report. I have no idea what it means, but hoping anyone here could maybe suggest me what the problem could be?
Hopefully I don't have to reinstall my OS...
