So do you ever have one of those websites that after going to the page it automaticly redirects you to the newest page? (IE explosm.net and other commics pages) if anyone adds these pages they know it is annoying to have a clip of it that doesnt go to the newst page you want.
Well i found how to change that:
1) first locate the webclip you want from either mobile finder or SSH it will be found under root/private/var/mobile/Library/WebClips
2) There will be a folder for every webclip and each folder with 2 files in it (the icon and the info thing), find the webclip you want to edit, copy/email/ssh the non icon file to your pc.
3) Open the file with note pad (not word, it will ad some weird extensions and whatnots) and scroll to the very end of what you opened up and there will be the URL
4) simply rename that URL to the desired one and the SSH/or find some way to place that in the same place on your ipod (root/private/var/mobile/Library/WebClips)
5) Go back to spring board and you have a webclip that actuly goes where you want it!
