Office 2008 Update

After I updated my Office 2008 there's this annoying "box" that surrounds random things (from buttons on application to body of text) and I've scrolled down at least 3 times to post this thread.

Anybody experiencing this annoying box update?

EDIT: Nevermind, this can go into the Wasteland.
