Sync issue

Hi, i have a BB and it syncs perfect with my mac via missing sync app. for some reason, the other day, i have the icon in the top menu bar, that looks like a circle around an exclamation point. when i right click it, I get "review conflicts" or sync now"

neither one will make it go away

please help

(again, i have not problems syncing my blackberry with my Mac), just this odd error icon thats annoying
 
Hi!

These syncing errors come from different data on you BB and your Mac and require you to decide which one is the correct (read: newer) one.

To remove the icon, just hold down command while you drag the icon off the menu bar. It will vanish in a puff of smoke.
