Ok,
So powerpoint 2008 is MUCH easier in formatting slides for printing than 2004 is.
However, I'm looking for a way to get rid of all the shadows on the text.
This is usually how I got about things.
1) change the color theme to grayscale
2) i click on the white background which changes all the backgrounds to white and then all the words to black (usually, but some slides always seem to mess up)
-- this whole process is to get pictures in color and remove colored background and make the text black--
However, shadowed text often looks funny on paper and the only way I have figured out how to remove it is to go through one at a time and selecting the text then unchecking it.
any tips?
why can't powerpoint have a feature where professors can easily see if presentations are easy to print
