help with neoOffice's language pack..

Hi Friends,
I have downloaded Urdu language from the neooffice's language pack..
but still i am not able to work on it...
its not even showing in the tools menu's language option..

can anyone please help me how to change the keyboard layout from English to Urdu and any other language that is in the list of language pack...???
