yes ... i'm pretty sure it was included to clean up your mbp. screen included. i clean mine with it all the time without liquid. but i'm sure you can use liquid if you feel the need.
its meant to be used to clean the screen but remember to put it away in the plastic housing so that dust doesnt get on it. Last thing you want is dust on the cloth and you use it to scratch your screen.
Just don't use fabric softener when you wash it, or you'll screw up the microfibers.
I have a bunch of these from 3M, and that's the one thing they point out for washing instructions...

It comes with the MacBook Pro and you should use it. I use iKlear on all of my Apple products consistantly with no issues.

Lol, I have like 10 remotes well sold most of them on ebay and still got 3 left!! Cant wait to get my 17" hi res mbp!!
Cloth!!! Where is it in the box? I can't find it. grrrrrr. I want my cloth, and i want a remote!
Preferably distilled water. I use a dilute alcohol solution (1 pt. alcohol : 3 pt. distilled) when water alone doesn't seem to work the best.
Should be in the box with all your software discs and manuals. As for the remote, hope you have $19 lying around...
Cloth should be in the black box that comes with your MacBook Pro, which has the literature and the install disks. It should be wrapped in plastic. Apple not including the remote this time around and having to pay an additional US$ 19 is kind of cheap for them to exclude, but that's Apple.
If you really would like to clean your screen and computer, I highly recommend iKlear. It's fantastic. It leaves no residue and your computer looks nearly brand new.
