Is there a way for me to log into my ichat account from gaim/pidgin?

I would like to access it from a linux machine.

Don't think so if it's .mac....if it's an AIM account then of course.

.mac accounts are just AIM accounts. Enter your .mac username with @mac.com at the end while configuring an AIM account.

You can use any account which works in iChat with Pidgin.
