Safari on PC "Safari Cannot Open"

Hello,

I've been having this problem, and it's really bugging me.

After an install I get this:

"Safari cannot open a browser window and may be missing important resources. Try installing Safari again."

Really bugging me, as I have installed and uninstall about 5 times, as admins, and as not...

Help?
 
Solution, Pick up the PC, open the window of your house or apartment, and chuck it as far as you can. Then go get it and plug it back in, see if that does not fix the PC's problem. You have to show it who boss :D

BAHAHA! I felt like doing that....

I installed Vista SP1, and that seemed to fix it...
