I just ordered it because I saw someone on this forum did... and then realized that he was using a mb, not a mbp. Will it work?
 
it should work b/c mb and mbp's use the same ram
(imacs and mac mini's do too)

Edit: the only thing you have to worry about its the timing, and if it worked for the other user it should also work for you.
