accessing leopard from windows xp

i tried accessing \\mac from a xp machine, and it works if i supply my mac's admin username and password. of course, i wouldn't like to allow everybody remote access to my mac using my admin account.

however, if i try to log on using a "sharing account" username and password, the xp login window will reject it.

any idea how to resolve this?
