A little help with Mail?

hello all, I've just bought a new mac pro and I'm wanting to import all of my Hotmail contacts into OS X's Mail program. I have not been able to do this and I have run out of ideas as to how to transfer them without manualy adding all of my 100 contacts.

Is there a better way to transfer them?
