Logic Express: different languages?

If I buy a copy of Logic Express here in Germany, is only the German language included, or can I select English as well?

Also, I bought the American version of Logic Express 7 when I still lived in the States. If I buy a German copy of the Express 8 Update version, will it play nice with and update the American Express 7?
