iPod touch HELP ME.... I need lotta help (freezing and other problems)

Ok so I know this is an iPhone forum but I have an iTouch and theres several problems with it:
1.it freezes alot its jailbroken with ZiPhone and on firmware 1.1.4 I have a full 2 pages of apps and bookmarks (3 so 37-3=34- a demoapp and a Toggle.app that won't go away but is uninstalled giving a grand total of 32 including standard apps that come with the iTouch) and it doesn't freeze constantly but it will freeze every one and a while but when it does i have to restart it and then its freezes again and usually does it a coupleof times then it stops any help??? I have tried uninstalling apps but it doesn't help!!!!
2. I've installed Cydia CANNOT UNINSTALL in Installer it won't let me uninstall only reinstall help??
3. I have an icon that won't go away I downloaded Toggle.app and then uninstalled it but the icon still remains I've checked Installer and its been uninstalled and the app doesn't work it closes when I try to open it help
4. Next is not A problem just an annoyance with Erica Sundan's Sendfile and iSendfile you can't close the app and still listen to the files you download I've used MNLight but I hate that app so is there an alternative audio player app or a way to use sendfile when closed I've tried a app called insomnia but that only works with network connections and turning the screen off any advice???
5. Last sometimes when ever I manuely restart I get THE WHITE BARS OF DEATH and the home screen behind it flashing then it stops I believe this is related to the freezeing HELP?????

Thanks I was afriad of that I guess I restoredit only one week ago so its not so bad I don't have alot of data. Any sugestions for the Secondary Audio Player

that digs true but its not an iPod Phone iS it so why can't it be a iTouch??? But it isn't iNano or iClassic because that was all before the iPhone and I restored it and and its now cool thanks for your help!! If you haven't tried MxTube you HAVE to use it. It comes in installer under productivity and its so cool you can download youtube videos to your iPhone/iPod Touch
