Signature in MAIL not displaying?!

Hi all,

I set up my signature for my E-mails in MAIL...looks good on my computer but as soon as I sent it to any other user who doesn't use MAIL ..it doesn't show and is just attached as an attachement...

If I enter it manually...the .gif file with our company logo is not showing and is just attached to the mail...as an attachment...anybody know how to solve this?
I can't sent busines mails out with crappy signatures showing like this... :(
