Hey all,

I'm in the market for a new iPhone, so please bear with me as I ask stupid questions :)

One of the reasons I'm getting the thing is to have quality internet on the go. But Safari, being so advanced, is still pretty limited in some aspects. Obviously no Flash, Silverlight, WMP, etc. There are some sites I would really like to work on the phone, but I can't check because I don't have time to go to a store and fiddle with it. So is there an emulator of the mobile Safari somewhere out there? Or is the only way to find out if the stuff works is to look at it on the actual iPhone?
Or maybe some of forum members would be so kind to look some sites up for me on an iPhone of theirs  would be much appreciated :)

I strongly suggest...

that you swing by the nearest Apple Store and make sure you have your short/long list of websites that you want to visit, and you might be able to utilize the "stopwatch" on one of the iPhones right next to you. Killing two birds with one stone?:p

That is really not an option for me :( I don't live too far from the nearest mall with an apple store, but I'm a college student with no car living on campus, so it would be a separate 1-2 hour trip, and I don't have that much time until after 7pm (the store is not open that late)

What about an AT&T store?

Sites are:

Most important one - http://www.ucsdbus.com/ If you click on Mesa for example, I wonder if the tracking actually works (there should be a route superimposed on a Google map with moving circles for buses)

dbacks.com - the site is loaded with Flash, but i was wondering if the main frame with news articles worked. Also, long shot, but - i wonder if the video section on the right is operational.

Windows Live Hotmail - if anyone uses Hotmail with the new interface, does the interface work in Safari as well as it does in desktop browser.

Videos on CNN.com or Foxnews.com - doubt they would work though.

Thanks!
