So anyone use Automator daily or frequently? I know I tried to use it and i WANT to like it but it can't seem to understand how to work it. It feels as if it is really useful but I don't hear a lot of mac users say that one of their favorite app is automator.
So what do you guys think? I think it sounds like I can rename a hundred files so easily without trying to press enter all the time and then naming it or that i want to get permissions to access several files which I am trying to do right now but too hard for me. I think the user interface can be a little more easier.
So is it really easy or hard and can anyone teach me or give me a useful link that successfully can teach a first grader. I tried some automator faqs but they don't help.
