Mail 3.1 Stationary Templates Deleted!!!

I am a NEW Mac user and I accidentally deleted Mac OS X 10.5.2 Mail 3.1 Stationary Templates.

I tried to reinstall Mail to get them back, and although the install goes smoothly they are not back, please help.
