Remote monitoring is suppose to save the pics it takes on the camera,but it's not.i see the pic in the image capture program but soon after it is created it dissappears...is this a bug,and if so can it be fixed?

not supposed to... at least with Panther
The help section of image capture running on 10.3 says that the images are not saved when using remote monitoring. they're only saved when you use the "take picture" function. There seems to be some conflicting info on the apple website, so maybe this has changed with Tiger.
