So I just got a used 2.33MBP yesterday (Love it! :D), and I heard about the MagSafe's exploding. So, I'd like to know if I have a good one or not.

Which model numbers were defective?

Thanks

i dont have a exploding magsafe but i have to say that with the design just try not to get it yanked out too much and carefully unplug it in a vertical manner and not horizontal since its easier that way. cuz since the magsafe is rectangular the force and tension in the horizontal manner is higher and over time the connection between the wire and the plug itself will come loose and expose the braided wire inside. i have to result to ducktapping that connection to keep it from getting worse.

I don't have any friends who's had their's expode yet! Mine sure hasn't either.
