Well maybe it is not THE weirdest problem, but it is pretty darn weird for me.
Last night I logged into my work Mac Pro with Leopard 10.5.2 using remote desktop from my personal MacBook Pro running the same OS. All of the sudden the Finder window extended over both monitors on the Mac Pro and froze/Pixelated. So I restarted Remote Desktop but the Finder wouldn't go back to normal.
I came to work this morning and the finder, when in the multicolumn view, will open the next column as wide as it will go whenever I try to switch from one directory to another. I have to double click on the little resize handles to get it back to normal width and it gets really tiring really fast.
Can anyone point me in the direction of , maybe, re-setting preferences or some such.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Andrei
