Whilst all the carriers who signed up for exclusivity are spitting blood, Apple are quietly rubbing their hands together.
Or maybe not... Wonder if the number of new handsets bought that are NOT on official carrier contracts is rewarding enough for Apple not to do anything about it? Coz they will be losing money from the revenue deals tied into the official carrier contracts, right? I heard somewhere that Apple were demanding up to 50% of the profits from calls made from an iPhone contract....

Yeah that is not how their contract is set up. They do get part of the monthly fee, but it is not a percentage of phone calls.
