Can't save music?!?

Few months back I was desperate for hardisk space on my old iMac so I moved all of my Music library to an external drive. I shortly afterwards bought a new MacBook. But never really got around to moving my music to it until recently.

Well I can no longer save or move any items into my Music folder on the MacBook. I think this my have began after installing new Radioshark software but I can't be sure.

Any ideas?
