Has anybody figured out a way to make the Carrier menu always show up in settings on the iPhone? This menu already shows up when you open Preferences.app before the iPhone connects to an ATT tower. I tried a few things, like setting ShowCarrier = true in the carrier.plist file, but it did not change anything.
