anyone know why this is happening, I loaded the drivers from my leopard disc. could windows update have done it? what are the latest chipset drivers for a 2007 mac pro? anyone else had this problem? how do you solve it?

This is normal and is due to the way apple reconfigures the pci express buses using the onboard muxes. Windows is just displaying is the inactive branches which of wouldn't have drivers.
