Hi all, I've been on Macs for about a year now, I've got 2 macbooks at home both running 10.4.9. Now my mother just bought a new macbook (her older one got the water treatment by accident) and I've just completed migration assistant to get her files in order just like they were on the old computer. Anyway the F3 key looks to be one to launch the spaces program, but it won't on hers so how do I set it up to do so? When I press it I just get that "DONK" sound that tells me nothing is going to happen.

Thanks in advance

System Preferences -> Expose & Spaces -> Spaces Tab

I have it hot cornered and set to my MM buttons as well

Got it sorted, there's a drop-down menu in the spaces tab that says what button to activate spaces. I set it to the - setting and now it's working as expected. Thanks a bunch for the help!
