I recently called apple (about 5 times since AT&T dropped my call) because I want to upgrade the HDD on my macbook pro to 250gb. Apple told me they couldn't do it. This is BS surely apple will service their own machines. I have been looking for some support on apple's site but the support page sucks. I WILL NOT send my expensive machine to a third party group who screwed me over twice! Please direct me to this page that I can't find that explains this to me.
