NES Roms - A full screen would be nice

Have uploaded Elite - A great space sim that I haven't played for years. Anyway, for some reason I am missing the bottom of the game screen - Is there some kind of setting I can do? Have tried the full screen setting in the NES icon, but that makes it worse.

Hope someone can hekp to make a retro gamer very happy!!
