Why are the themes not correct ... ? not all packs showing ?

I put a screen shot up ...

its listing only the the themes that i loaded that dont work and the other apps are not there either.

what does not show up is everything I loaded from Ste Packaging under my sources. Just realized that now.... WHY would that be ???????
