Blue Screen on Leopard (I know what to do, but won't let me)

I have searced apple.com and found their solutions. However I don't know how to archive and Install (the only option that works for me). Do I have to have a second mac?

When I turn on my laptop it goes straight to the blue screen, so I don't know where I have the option to archive and install. Could someone tell me if I have to boot into a certain mode, or if I have to have two macs. Thanks in advance!

try the terminal commands

I tried, no luck. Does it matter that its a PPC and do you know anyting about having two comps for archive and install. Thanks

You don't need a second computer. All you need to do is put in your Mac OS install disks and restart holding down the "c" key.

sweet that "c" worked, another problem. I dont have enough hard drive space to archive and install. Anyway I can get into my HD to delete some things? Thanks
