I have a DROBO (external USB drive) that is set up for backups as "Time Machine" on one volume and "Common" on the second volume (formatted as FAT 32 for common Windows and Mac access).
Today when I booted the only icon on my desktop was Time Machine - Common was not there. I ran Disk Utility and tried to mount it but it would not. I ran Repair and got this message:

Verify & Repair Volume disk2s3
**/dev/disk2s3
invalid BS_jmpBoot in block 784c4e
Error: Filesystem Verify or Repair Failed.

Any ideas?
One thing that is puzzling me is the "disk2s3. I have two internal drives - 500GB for Leopard and an 80GB for XP under Boot Camp. So wouldn't the external drive be "disk3" with "disk3s1" and "disk3s2" as the two volumes. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm a PC convert and am used to the partition numbering system (C: D: etc).
Thanks
Alan
