Hi there,

I am trying to connect my macbook to an external projection that accepts vga. I have the dvi to vga adapter but what do i press on my macbook for the display to actually show on the projection screen?

Should be multiple display settings in system preferences-hardware-display.

You shouldn't have to press anything. Pressing buttons for something that obvious is a PC thing.

Check you projector. Is it set to VGA?
