problems copies files from OSX to PC

any idea why my mac is copying the complete file then when its done it dosent show up r on the remote machine?

its done this one two different machines, one with XP and one with Vista, different files as well

this is across my network from my MBP to wireless AP to a switch that the other computer is connected to
